After opening and checking you scan the documents into the electronic insured person's file and assign them to the responsible specialist. You prepare the outgoing paper mail for dispatch and ensure that everything is ready for collection on time. You are responsible for preparing requests for file inspections and court records and take on further administrative tasks. Development perspective with the takeover of additional tasks from the specialist areas. Your talents Quick grasp and organizational talent. Good IT skills (MS Office) and ideally experience with scanning software (e.g. Kofax) round out your profile.
