In this role, you ensure the smooth running of the technical office and the after-sales service, while providing concrete support to teams, customers, and partners. You will work in a varied environment, with a portion of internal work and regular travel within Switzerland. Responsibilities • Lead and develop the activities of the technical office and the after-sales service • Coordinate technical and operational aspects related to products and service offerings • Follow up on projects in collaboration with external partners and subcontractors • Prepare, structure, and update technical documentation as well as user supports • Create and adapt 3D plans and models according to needs • Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams Profile • Technical training in mechanics, automation, or a similar field • Experience in managing a technical office and/or an after-sales service • Good knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics • Proficiency with IT tools and technical document writing • Knowledge in CAD and 3D plan creation • Fluent French; German is an asset, any other additional language is also an asset • Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented personality • Availability for regular travel in Switzerland Benefits • A varied role, with responsibilities and room for maneuver • A dynamic working environment, within a committed team • In-depth training on the company's products and solutions • A mixed activity, with approximately 70 % internal work and 30 % travel • A vehicle provided for professional travel Contact information If you have any other questions regarding this job offer (reference: JN -062026-1111649), contact Ariadna Pascu at ***.
