The ART OF LOFT AG, established since 1997, is an innovative and dynamic architectural office in St. Gallen, which focuses on modern, aesthetic, and contemporary buildings and has high demands on architectural details. We are looking to expand and support our existing team immediately or by agreement with an experienced and dynamic Architect FH or Bachelor's Degree (100%) Your main tasks: • Designing, developing, and planning exciting and varied construction projects • You define the project basics, analyze feasibility, develop solution strategies, and accompany the project until the execution phase • Conducting studies and building applications • Self-responsible supervision of assigned planning tasks while adhering to valid norms and guidelines (SIA/EN/VSS/SUVA etc.) • Clarifications, meetings at authorities, and specialist offices • If necessary, assisting in the creation of execution, work, and detail plans (up to MST 1:5) Your ideal profile: • Completed apprenticeship as a draftsman EFZ in the field of architecture • Further education as a dipl. architect FH or Bachelor's Degree • High design skills • Very good IT user skills (MS Office, ArchiCad 25 and higher, also 3D, Indesign, Photoshop) • Preferably with a few years of professional experience in planning and accompanying construction projects (apartment building MFH and EFH; renovation) • Experience in Swiss building norms and guidelines • Independent, structured, and precise working methods are required • Teamwork and entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Stylistically correct German in word and writing Your perspectives and what we offer: • Exciting, challenging, and varied tasks from project development to execution with room for responsibility and autonomous architectural ideas. • Short decision-making paths and a good working atmosphere in a young, dynamic, motivated team • Bright, modern office space and state-of-the-art technical equipment • Public transport stop next to the house, good motorway connection (2 minutes), and old town only 5 minutes' walk away • Attractive, contemporary employment conditions • Room for personal development Are you interested and meet the requirements?
