The Stiftung Jugendsozialwerk Blaues Kreuz BL is a service provider for youth and social work. It is committed to addiction and prevention work as well as social and professional integration. It works on behalf of authorities and private institutions. Kind.Jugend.Familie KJF operates in Northwestern Switzerland on behalf of around 80 municipalities. For children, youth and families, we offer versatile leisure activities, school social work, school-based day structures, needs-oriented counseling solutions and information dissemination on various topics. In the target group Child, the goal of Fita (leisure activities in day structures) is to offer children high-quality care through experiences, enrichment and the promotion of their own development according to their own needs and inclinations. For the school-based day structure Fita Basel at the Erlenmatt location, we are looking for from 1. September 2026 a Specialist in Care 60 % (Fita Basel, Erlenmatt) ## Your profile: • Completed basic training as a Specialist in Care Children, Kleinkinderzieher/in or equivalent, recognized, pedagogical training • Strong self, professional and social competence • Experience in working with children of primary school age (kindergarten-2nd grade) • Reliability and independent, innovative action are among your strengths Your tasks: • Monday to Friday (weekdays to be defined by agreement), 12.00 - 18.00, care and leisure activities for the children (guided activities, situational support, eating situations, rest and movement phases etc.) • Networked work with other specialists • Communication with the parents • Leading children and children's groups: anticipating and structuring pedagogical interactions and group dynamic processes • Planning, implementing and evaluating activities and excursions • The offer takes place during the school term. During the school holidays, a full-day holiday offer takes place during six school holiday weeks.
