Assistant in community nursing and health (ASSC) / 80-100% / permanent contract Attached to a home care team, the ASSC ensures services autonomously, in respect of the client's lifestyle, beliefs, values, and culture. He/she works in interdisciplinarity and interprofessionality, respecting the mission and objectives of the institution. Your missions and responsibilities • Provide basic care and medico-technical acts, delegated by the reference nurse, in a global approach to the client • Promote the recovery of the client's state of health, the strengthening or maintenance of their autonomy to allow them to restore, continue, or adapt their lifestyle so that they can stay or return home • Evaluate and re-evaluate practical assistance situations and assume responsibility for them • Perform practical assistance services in respect of the client's lifestyle and environment • Promote the maintenance of links with the surroundings and collaborate with them by determining resources and providing information and support. Qualifications • Federal certificate of capacity as ASSC and authorization to practice in the canton of Genève • Sense of communication and relationship with others, quality of listening • Ability to evaluate situations and act responsibly • Resistance to stress and physical work • Ability to work autonomously and in interprofessionality within a multidisciplinary team • Mobility indispensable (by bicycle / on foot / by car / by TPG).
