Your Tasks Independent management of the execution phase for renovation, refurbishment, and new construction projects On-site construction management and representation of the client on the construction site Control of costs, schedules, and quality throughout the entire construction process Tendering, estimation, and awarding of construction services Coordination of contractors, craftsmen, and planners Construction accounting, supplementary contract management, and inspections Close cooperation with planning and the client – from the start of construction to handover Your Profile Sound training in construction (e.g., Bauführer/in HF, Baumeister/in, Techniker/in Bauplanung) or equivalent further education Several years of experience in construction management, ideally with renovation and new construction projects Reliable cost, schedule, and quality management Knowledge of relevant standards and contracts (SIA, contract law) Leadership strength, organizational talent, and negotiation skills Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Very good German skills and driving license Cat.
