Team Leadership Performance Controlling for Regional Partners in the Asylum & Refugee Sector 80-100%

Start date: 1. July 2026 or by agreement Workplace: Bern In this function, you will lead the Performance Contract Partner Controlling team in the asylum and refugee sector. You will actively help ensure and further develop risk-based financial, performance and specialist controlling. Your participation in various projects in the asylum and refugee sector is also appreciated. Your tasks <br /> • Planning, prioritization and implementation of complex financial, performance and specialist controlling tasks • Personnel management and coordination of team work as well as coordination with interfaces • Management of performance contracts and creation of additional contracts as needed • Project collaboration <br /> Your profile <br /> • Master's/Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent further education in controlling or auditing • Several years of experience in a performance and financial controlling environment • Proven several years of leadership experience • German or French as mother tongue with good knowledge of the other language in word and writing • Good comprehension and pronounced planning and organizational skills • Good IT skills <br /> We offer you The canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions. The Office for Integration and Social Affairs bears strategic responsibility for the asylum and refugee sector in the canton of Bern. For the implementation of this task, the sector works closely with six external regional partners. In the canton of Bern, five regional partners bear operational overall responsibility for the assigned persons in their region.
