Senior Specialist Payroll Operations 80-100% This is what you will do: You coordinate the monthly payroll together with our external payroll provider, HR Services, Finance and other relevant stakeholders and accompany the entire process You analyze payroll results, deviations and control reports and take care of the professional processing of special cases and variable remunerations You are the contact person for topics related to social insurance, withholding tax, salary certificates, year-end work as well as other payroll-related HR services topics and are responsible for audits and internal controls You process and clarify complex issues such as illness, accident, maternity, loss of earnings compensation, unpaid leave as well as cross-border commuter and withholding tax issues You further develop processes, checklists, control points and reportings and thus actively contribute to the quality and efficiency of our HR services.
