Information Security Officer*in & Deputy CISO

Tasks Advising and supporting faculties, institutes and central organizational units in the creation of ISDS documentation, in particular: \_protection requirement analyses \_risk analyses \_ISDS concepts \_assessment of security measures Planning and implementation of sensitization and awareness measures for employees, researchers and executives Support and deputy of the CISO in strategic and operational information security issues Support the CISO in the further development of the information security management system (ISMS) as well as in risk management Support for decentralized IT and specialist departments in the implementation of security specifications and ICT baseline protection measures Accompanying internal and external audits Participation in the further development of guidelines, standards and processes in the field of information security Requirements Higher vocational school or federal diploma with a focus on information security, cybersecurity or several years of professional experience in the field Experience in the construction and maintenance of an information security management system (ISMS) Knowledge of the relevant standards in information security e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, BSI-Standard 100-2 IT-Grundschutz and the legal (data protection) foundations Understanding of operational and organizational processes in public administration / in the higher education environment Sound IT background Understanding of network security, cloud architectures, security tools and application development Strong communication and advisory competence as well as enjoyment of sensitization and knowledge transfer Problem-solving competence as well as structured, independent approach Very good oral and written German skills Good oral and written English skills Assertiveness and perseverance Languages Very good oral and written German skills Good oral and written English skills
