Pflegefachperson HF/FH with daily responsibility Nursing • Nursing and care of our customers at home • Case management and control of the nursing process • Assessments, consultation and cooperation with doctors as well as relatives Daily responsibility • First contact person for hospitals, referrers and employees on tour • Triage of new registrations and organization of initial assessments • Coordinate emergency situations and find solutions quickly • Keep wound management, medication lists and daily organization in view • Professionally support employees - especially our apprentices In short: You combine direct nursing with professional coordination and keep the daily operations running together with the team. What you bring • Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH • Joy in taking responsibility and making decisions • Independent, solution-oriented way of working • High professional, social and communication competence • InterRAI HC or willingness to complete the course • Joy in digital work tools • Driver's license Cat.
