To strengthen the production team, we are looking for an independent, technically skilled, and reliable personality as a Setup Technician Deep Drawing Systems 100%. Type of Work In this varied role, you are responsible for setting up the deep drawing systems and ensuring a smooth production process. You guarantee plant availability, perform quality controls on the end products, and support the sampling of new tools. In addition, you prepare tool setups, obtain approvals, and grant them for external orders. The verification of development specifications using checklists, ensuring correct production documentation, and general workshop work are also part of your versatile area of responsibility. Furthermore, you actively participate in Lean Management and 5S measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations as well as industry-specific standards. Requirement Profile For this position, you ideally have completed training as a polymechanic, process mechanic, or a comparable basic technical training. Experience in plastic processing or injection molding is an advantage, as are knowledge from medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry. You bring a high technical affinity, work in a solution-oriented manner, and ideally have knowledge in the areas of pneumatics, Lean Management, 5S, as well as ERP systems. Readiness to work in 2-shift operation is required.
