At the Binz location, we offer two living formats to 24 people with cognitive, physical and partly mental impairments. On the fully supervised residential group Berg & Tal live persons who require care in nursing and daily life in order to maintain and further develop their competencies for action. On the partially supervised residential group See live persons who are able to largely organize everyday life, leisure time and holidays independently. We are looking for a committed personality as of immediately or by arrangement as Social Pedagogue ## Your tasks • You enjoy working in a team, but can also take on independent and autonomous areas of activity • You appreciate the meaningfulness of a social professional environment and are ready to engage at eye level for the themes and needs of people with impairments; for you, a professional understanding of roles is a matter of course • Your action-flexible, reflective and humorous way of working allows you to react deliberately, effectively and calmly even in unforeseen and challenging situations • You enjoy engaging and are willing to contribute your part to the continuous development and optimization of the residential offer Your profile • Completed training as Social Pedagogue HF or Psychiatric Nursing Professional HF • You bring several years of professional experience in social pedagogical or care work with adolescents and adults with complex support needs (e.g., challenging behavior, mental illnesses, autism spectrum disorders) • You appreciate a reflective and supportive exchange within the team • You feel confident in writing factual progress reports with a clear structure and stringent argumentation and responsibly undertake key person work and development planning • You have the ability to think and act in a networked and holistic manner • You have good PC user skills in programs MS Office, Limsophy (client system) etc. • Flexibility for irregular working hours and weekend services • Ideally, you possess a driving license Kat.
