Technical Consultant Cardiac Rhythm management (m/w/d)

The Cardiac Rhythm Management team works in the growing and innovative market of treating cardiac arrhythmias. You are responsible for our product portfolio, which includes, among others, pacemakers, implantable defibrillators and implantable cardiac monitors. This position covers the region Zentralschweiz – Basel; Luzern ; Uri; Zug and is therefore a remote position, meaning in the field and at customer sites. For meetings, your presence in the Medtronic Office may occasionally be required. Responsibilities include, as follows: • Supporting clinicians in the operating room during the implantation of all devices from our portfolio • Training and further education of physicians and medical professionals in the application of Medtronic products, including the functions and algorithms of the implantable devices • Providing ongoing intelligence reports on competitor activities, market changes as well as information on customer preferences and product characteristics • Continuous further education on new products, technologies, and sales processes through self-study as well as participation in internal and external training • Participation in national and international congresses Required knowledge and experience: • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering / Life Science, or experience in the electrophysiology laboratory (at least 3 years) • Preferably initial successful experience in the medical device industry • Very good German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing • High resilience, analytical assessment, structured working style, open, creative and accustomed to working independently • Entrepreneurial attitude
