Head of Nursing | Member of the extended management (m/f) 80-100 % # Head of Nursing | Member of the extended management (m/f) 80-100 % YOUR MISSIONS You lead the nursing sector professionally, personally, organizationally, and economically, and you develop it continuously with your management team. • You strengthen your managers in their leadership role and promote a management culture based on trust, collaboration, and mutual support • You define the strategic orientation of the care sector and implement it successfully • You continuously develop the quality of care, processes, and innovations • You are responsible for the budget, resources, and the achievement of the economic objectives of your sector • You work in close collaboration with our partner physicians as well as with interprofessional partners • As a member of the extended management, you actively contribute your perspective to the development of the clinic YOUR PROFILE You are an inspiring leadership personality who creates trust and provides direction. You succeed in mobilizing people around common goals, reconciling different interests, and managing changes sustainably.
