As part of an exclusive search mandate, we are looking for a committed personality as: Polymechaniker / Fertigungstechniker (a) 100% Your tasks • In this versatile function, you will take on a central role in the development and optimization of demanding processing processes for modern CNC manufacturing systems. • Programming and optimization of complex 5-axis processing using CAM systems • Development and implementation of demanding customer projects in the field of high-performance machining • Analysis of processing processes as well as development of practical manufacturing solutions • Further development of processing strategies, tool concepts, and manufacturing technologies • Conducting experiments, tests, and feasibility studies • Support with software tests and technology developments • Technical consulting, training, and support for customers and sales partners • Carrying out machine acceptances and project accompaniments • Creation of technical documentation and processing studies Your profile • Completed technical basic training as a polymechaniker, toolmaker, or comparable • Further education at the HF, FH, or comparable technical qualification is an advantage • In-depth experience in CNC machining with a focus on milling technology • Good knowledge of CAM programming of 4- or 5-axis machining centers • Experience in processing demanding materials such as aluminum, titanium, or comparable materials • Knowledge of modern HSC-/HPC-processing strategies is an advantage • Experience with 3D-CAD-/CAM-systems • Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working • Willingness to travel within the framework of international projects What to expect • Exciting tasks at the interface between manufacturing, technology, and engineering • Collaboration on innovative and technically demanding projects • Modern working environment with high autonomy • International environment with direct customer contact • Long-term perspectives in a successful technology company • Attractive employment conditions as well as technical and personal development opportunities Are you an enthusiastic machining specialist with a passion for demanding technological challenges?
