As a project manager, you will manage exciting customer projects and act as a central interface between business, IT, and stakeholders. Your tasks Management or participation in demanding customer projects in the financial industry or in public administration Holistic project management from conception to successful implementation in the areas of transformation, regulation, processes, digitalization with responsibility for deadlines, budget, quality, and resources Control and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as cooperation with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders; moderation of workshops, meetings, and steering committees Active participation in the further development of our consulting services and project management standards Your profile Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Business Informatics or comparable with proven project experience in the financial industry or public administration as well as IT understanding Experience with classical and/or agile project management methods; specific further training or certifications (SAFe, Scrum, HERMES, IPMA etc.) desirable Ability to structure technical, regulatory, and technical requirements, transfer them into implementation plans, and act independently, solution-oriented, customer- and entrepreneur-oriented Sovereign and convincing appearance towards customers and stakeholders, paired with clear, target-group-oriented communication and assertiveness also in complex project situations.
