Ballet Teacher

For over 10 years, I have been running this school with great passion and commitment. All the more I am looking forward to expanding our team now. For our ballet school in Buchs SG, we are looking for a dedicated, qualified and motivated ballet teacher from January 2027. With this advertisement, we are explicitly addressing both teachers from Switzerland and refugees from Ukraine (protection status S). If you have the corresponding training, we are very much looking forward to your application. Your tasks & target group: • Teaching classical ballet lessons for children and young people aged 4 to 15 years (from dance early education to advanced). • Teaching days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday afternoon (approx. 15:30-18:00). • Important: First trial lessons will take place in December 2026. What you bring with you: • Your personality: Reliability, a high sense of duty and absolute punctuality are most important to us, as you have a role model function for our students. • A sound training in the field of ballet/dance (e.g. former professional ballet dancer). • Proven experience and great joy in teaching children (especially also with small groups from 4 years). • Already good knowledge of German (for smooth communication in class and with parents). We offer: • An attractive and fair hourly wage of at least CHF 60.– per hour. • A gentle introduction through trial lessons in December 2026. • A warm, supportive environment and a central teaching location in Buchs SG (very easily accessible by public transport).
