Senior Associate Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Team (80 - 100%)

You manage mandates autonomously, think entrepreneurially, and contribute, through a service-oriented and committed approach, to creating sustainable value for our clients. Your main areas of activity include notably : • Execution of M&A transactions, including contract negotiations, coordination and legal due diligence • Administrative management of companies and corporate groups • Analysis of complex legal issues, notably in corporate law • Drafting and reviewing agreements between partners, in particular shareholders' agreements • Advising start-ups, investors from creation to exit • Advising SMEs on succession planning and restructurings Qualifications ### • Good academic record as well as Swiss attorney patent • Professional experience in a law firm or in a comparable position • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English • Interest in economic contexts as well as in questions related to corporate law and M&A • Understanding of legal and economic contexts in an entrepreneurial environment • Autonomous, precise and solution-oriented way of working • Professional presentation as well as pleasure in direct contact with clients
