• 24 juin 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Staefa Staefa, Suisse Production Technical Specialist (TSP) (m/f/d) In this role, as a Production Technical Specialist TSP (m/f/d), you are a central element of our support team in electronic manufacturing. You ensure the availability of installations through preventive maintenance, minimize downtime through sustainable maintenance strategies, and resolve breakdowns, including root cause analysis. At the same time, you drive continuous improvements in the field of maintenance and constantly develop your technical skills (for example in TPS). As a technical interface between production, engineering, and development, you support specialized departments, advise on technical issues, and contribute to the optimization of our installations. More about the role • Ensure the availability of installations through preventive maintenance of equipment, operating means, and controls • Minimize downtime through sustainable maintenance strategies and support machine operators in basic maintenance tasks • Analyze and resolve production breakdowns, including root cause analysis • Continuous Improvement in the field of maintenance • Technical interface between production, engineering, development, as well as other specialized departments (R&D, NPI, B&I) • Technical advice and support for production departments as well as participation in the optimization of installations • Coordination, documentation, and monitoring of maintenance measures (including LEXA) as well as compliance with quality and safety standards • Management and procurement of spare parts as well as support for the development of automated installations and on-call service if needed More about you • Completed technical vocational training (CFC) in the electronic field (for example automation technician, polymechanic, electronics technician) • Experience in electronic production, ideally with knowledge in Lean Management, supply chain, and SMD/Flip-Chip assembly • Good overview of the complete production chain as well as ideal experience in automation or semiconductor manufacturing • Pronounced technical understanding, rapid learning ability, and cross-functional thinking • High awareness of quality as well as a structured and responsible working method • Experience in conducting training as well as in complying with processes and quality standards • Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English orally and in writing • Good IT skills (MS Office 365); SAP knowledge is an advantage More about our offer As one of the world's leading companies in the field of hearing solutions with headquarters in Switzerland, we attach great importance to an inclusive and rewarding corporate culture.
