Your tasks • You will take over the management and further development of small to medium-sized projects in the field of building automation. • Independent planning and implementation - from concept development to detailed planning through to successful realization and commissioning - are also part of your tasks. • You are the central contact person for customers in both technical and economic matters. • You coordinate the cooperation with the various trades on the construction site and communicate professionally with all project participants. • You actively support the establishment and further development of the location in the field of building automation. • You maintain existing customer relationships and win new customers and projects through targeted market development. • You recognize market opportunities, build a regional network of clients, planners, and architects, and represent E3 HLK AG in the market. What you bring with you • You have completed technical training as well as further education in the field of building technology and building automation. • Ideally, you have already participated in or managed GA projects. • Additionally, you bring experience as a Project Manager as well as interest in digitalization topics and their further development. • You enjoy dealing with customers and move confidently in the market environment. • With your sales flair, you recognize customer needs and develop suitable solutions and business opportunities from them. • You convince through your confident appearance, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and the will to help shape and successfully further develop a location.
