Head of Facilities Management & Technology - Schule Riedhof, 100 %

As of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for an experienced, independent and committed specialist as Head of Facilities Management & Technology. In this responsible role, you will take over the professional, personnel and operational management of the entire facilities management at the Schule Riedhof. The management workload will be distributed over five working days per week. Tasks ## • Personnel and professional management of the Facilities Management & Technology department • Ensuring a demand-oriented, safe and smooth operation of the school facilities together with the facilities management team. • Responsibility for the maintenance, cleaning as well as the upkeep of the buildings and technical systems. • Operational support of the school in daily school operations • Organization and coordination of the infrastructure for school and external events in cooperation with internal and external partners. • Taking on the function as a Safety Officer (SIBE) or willingness to complete the corresponding training, as well as conducting internal fire protection training. • Close cooperation with THT and internal school personnel Profile ## • Completed craft or technical vocational training EFZ with a relevant additional qualification such as, e.g., Facility Manager with federal diploma including leadership training • Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in leading employees. • Technical understanding as well as experience in building maintenance and in the organization of operational processes. • High service orientation, organizational skills as well as an independent, resilient and solution-oriented way of working. • Strong social and communication skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with children and the school environment. • Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT user skills We offer ## a varied, independent and responsible leadership position in a lively school environment, with plenty of creative freedom. Apply Apply About us ## The Schule Riedhof-Pünten is located on the green edge of Zürich. Our catchment area on the sunny slope of Höngg extends from the Limmat to the Hönggerwald. In two school buildings and five kindergarten locations, we teach around 650 children. In the current school year, we conduct a total of eight kindergarten, eleven lower primary and thirteen middle primary classes.
