Your missions: 🔧 Concerned techniques: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Smoke Extraction 🎯 Role 👉 Lead HVAC projects from design to realization (SIA 2 to 5), guaranteeing technical quality, costs, deadlines, and coordination. 🌟 Desired qualities and mindset ✅ Project responsible: carry the decisions and the results ✅ Proactive / anticipatory: identify risks upstream ✅ Demanding regarding deliverables: calibrate the level of detail for each SIA phase ✅ Pragmatic: be oriented towards simple, robust, and feasible solutions ✅ Active coordinator: advance topics with interfaces (internal / external) ✅ Team spirit and mutual aid 🛠️ Tasks 👉 Lead and coordinate projects from A to Z in the HVAC field (SIA phases 2, 3, 4, 5) including the non-exhaustive detail by SIA phase below: 🔹 SIA 2 Be able to support internal teams to carry out the monitoring of SIA 2 phase studies (audit, feasibility study, …) 🔹 SIA 3 – Studies (pre-project + project) Definition of HVAC concepts and variants, adapt deliverables according to the phase (pre-project / project) Hydraulic and aerohydraulic dimensioning Material selection Schematic diagrams and MCS strategies Writing of descriptions and cost estimation Participation in CVSE technical and spatial coordination 👉 Management of Designers: organization of internal production, framing the level of detail, technical verification of deliverables. 🎯 Objective: develop reliable, decarbonized solutions, meeting the objectives and needs of the client. 🔹 SIA 4 – Tendering Preparation of tenders (CFC, descriptions, measurements) Participation in CVSE technical and spatial coordination Clarification of services and limits of supply Analysis and comparison of contractor offers Award proposal 👉 Management of Designers: same as SIA 3, adjust the level of detail according to the phase, use internal REVIT developments for the production of tenders, participate in their improvement in a team with the designer. 🎯 Objective: obtain comparable offers without gray areas. 🔹 SIA 5 – Realization Technical site monitoring (HVAC) Coordination with companies and mandatories Guarantor of work quality and compliance Monitoring of contractor costs and management of additional costs Organization of commissioning, acceptance, clearing of reservations 👉 Management of Designers: Updating of drawing deliverables, Technical site support. 🎯 Objectives: deliver a project compliant with our specifications and client expectations, guaranteeing during the operation phase the performances planned during the project phase. 🔹 SIA 6 – Operation Support to internal teams to carry out the operational monitoring of HVAC installations. 📊 Management and coordination Ensure the smooth running of projects on technical, financial, and temporal levels Monitor financial indicators and ensure rigorous budget management Ensure documentary compliance according to ISO requirements Have sharp knowledge of the contract linked to the project (prerequisites, services included and not included) Support Management during acquisitions Organize and monitor the activity of designers and internal resources in coordination with other disciplines Collaborate closely with architects, design offices, and various trades Manage the services of mandatory companies and monitor their costs Your skills and qualifications: ✅ Essential requirements EPF/HES engineer degree or equivalent title in building techniques – HVAC Minimum 3 years of experience in the field including at least 2 years of experience in a design office in Switzerland Solid mastery of Swiss technical standards and directives Very good knowledge of HVAC installations and MCS Strong interest in energy and sustainable development Interpersonal skills, sense of organization, team spirit Mastery of Microsoft environments - Windows & Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Rigor and diligence at work Sense of responsibility, organization, and teamwork Interpersonal skills and knowledge of the local market ⭐ Appreciated assets Mastery of Visual Basic particularly for coding Skills in commercial refrigeration Very good knowledge of REVIT and BIM environments Experience in multi-technical project management Experience in works management Skills in sanitary, fire safety, or building physics Knowledge of English or German Our offer Working conditions and remuneration Flexible working hours 25 days of vacation, 30 days from 55 years old (for A+W Lausanne and A+W Genève specific conditions more favorable) Unpaid leave up to 6 months Loyalty bonuses for service jubilees every five years (after the 10th jubilee) Continuous training Internal continuous training program (A+W University) External continuous training financing models Pension fund and social benefits Has its own pension fund (Except A+W Lucerne) Full coverage of professional and non-professional accident insurance premiums
