Approximately 120 employees ensure a professional and comprehensive range of services. We are looking for summer 2027 Apprenticeship 2027 Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA What you will learn with us • Care and support: You support our residents in everyday and demanding situations and accompany them empathetically • Help in everyday life: You assist with personal hygiene, getting up, dressing and undressing, as well as eating and drinking • Daily activities: You actively participate in shaping the everyday life of our residents - whether through games, crafting, singing or other activities • Medical-technical tasks: You learn to measure blood pressure, pulse and temperature, to draw blood and to change bandages • Organization: You take on domestic, administrative and logistical tasks • Documentation: You document care and support electronically and learn to handle modern technology Our expectations • You enjoy working with elderly people and respect their dignity and self-determination • With your cheerful nature, you bring joy to your surroundings and help create an atmosphere in which our residents feel comfortable • You are helpful, reliable and sociable • Sense of responsibility • Enjoyment of practical work • Willingness to work irregular hours We offer you • An independent operation that is located in a rural but central position in the village • The place of work is easily accessible by public transport and discounted parking spaces are available • With the Collective Labour Agreement for Bernese Long-term Care Institutions, we offer contemporary employment conditions • Discounted meals and drinks in the in-house cafeteria We look forward to meeting you.
