Project Manager Solar (m/f/d) enido is looking for you! We are a digital, up-and-coming energy company that drives the energy transition in properties, one project after another. Via local, regional teams, we serve the entire German-speaking Switzerland and realize holistic energy solutions for owners of single-family and multi-family houses: from digital planning to the installation of solar systems, battery storage, and charging stations, up to app-supported monitoring. As a digitally organized energy company, we manage every project centrally; our energy manager app gives our customers full transparency over their energy balance. The enido founding team had already built the company Rayo under the Migros umbrella before enido and successfully sold it. enido is the continuation of this experience: With the same founding team, we have built over 250 systems in just 2 years, with a rising trend. These tasks you will tackle Management and technical coordination of our photovoltaic projects (incl. battery storage, charging station and EMS) for single-family and multi-family houses - from planning to commissioning. Responsibility for cost, quality, and schedule control as well as final inspection upon project completion and handover to customers. Ideally, advice on and planning of heat pumps as a completion of the energy solution. On-site inspection appointments and competent advice to interested parties on the topic of PV, battery storage, charging stations, energy management, etc.) Quality assurance and monitoring of occupational safety (incl. AVOR) on the construction site. Coordination with external partners and suppliers, technical clarifications and material procurement, all via digital tools instead of paperwork. What you bring with you Completed technical training as well as several years of experience as a project manager in the field of photovoltaics (incl. battery storage, charging station and EMS). Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing as well as good IT skills. Driver's license Cat. B and willingness to be on the move in the Aargau and Solothurn area.
