In this context, we are currently looking for a: Industrial Maintenance Technician (M/F/X) Permanent contract | Watchmaking | Bulle Do you like diagnosing, solving and improving the performance of industrial equipment? Our client, an industrial company of international renown, is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to strengthen its Maintenance department. Within a highly automated production environment, you will play an essential role in the availability, reliability and continuous improvement of production equipment and logistics installations. Your mission As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the proper functioning of the equipment while actively participating in its optimization and the improvement of maintenance processes. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Diagnose breakdowns and ensure corrective maintenance of production equipment and logistics installations. • Prepare and carry out interventions in compliance with safety standards and internal procedures. • Perform preventive maintenance operations in order to improve equipment availability. • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions for increasing installation reliability. • Manage parts orders and ensure supplier follow-up. • Collaborate closely with the Production, Methods and Industrialization teams to improve equipment performance. • Document the interventions carried out and ensure the update of work orders in the maintenance management systems. • Actively participate in the department's continuous improvement projects. Your profile You are passionate about industrial maintenance and appreciate demanding technical environments where reactivity and reliability are essential. You particularly bring: • A training as an ES Technician in industrial systems, microtechnology or a training deemed equivalent. • Solid experience in industrial maintenance on automated equipment. • Very good skills in automation and numerical controls (Fanuc, Siemens or equivalent). • Solid knowledge in electrotechnics and mechanics. • Good mastery of IT tools as well as ERP systems, ideally SAP. • Experience in industrial computing is an asset. • A methodical, rigorous and problem-solving oriented mindset. • An excellent sense of teamwork and communication facilitating exchanges with different departments. • Knowledge of English and/or German represents an advantage. • Availability to work in shift patterns (2x8).
