Team Leader for Pharmacy Technician or Pharmaceutical Assistant

What you achieve • You lead a motivated team of 17 Pharmaceutical Assistants / Pharmacy Technicians in all personnel and technical matters and create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which everyone can contribute and develop. • You have the overall overview and coordinate the team in hectic situations. • You ensure a good balance between the needs of the team and the requirements of the operation. • You contribute ideas, question existing processes, and actively help shape improvements. • You work closely with nursing, medical staff, and other specialist departments and are an important contact person within the hospital. • You participate in projects, quality initiatives, and the further development of our hospital pharmacy.
