The SELFRAG AG is a worldwide leading company in high-voltage pulse technology. In our new Centro Due facility in Kerzers, from the end of 2026, waste will be transformed into valuable resources. As part of the circular economy, we recover high-quality metals and minerals from slag and thus make an active contribution to environmental protection. To build up our new team, from September 1, 2026, we are looking for a Shift Leader / Plant Operator 100% (m/w/d) in Kerzers (CH) Your tasks Shift management: You lead the shift, coordinate the team and, if necessary, lend a hand everywhere. Plant control: You operate and control our modern processing plant directly on site and ensure smooth operation. Maintenance & maintenance: You carry out service and maintenance work on the plant independently, ensuring that everything runs technically flawlessly. Logistics: You keep an overview of delivery and disposal and ensure the correct handling of the recovered valuable materials. Co-design: As a pioneer in the first plant, you pass on your practical experience to make our future locations even better. Working model: You work in a 2-3 shift operation. Your profile: Experience: You have several years of professional experience in industry, ideally in the areas of recycling, gravel processing or production. Leadership skills: Leading employees within your shift is central to you; you already have corresponding leadership experience and can motivate a team. Know-how: You have knowledge of the maintenance of mechanical or electrical large-scale plants. Chemical process knowledge is an advantage. Personality: You bring team skills, quick grasp and flexibility, convince with good communication skills and polished manners and are a motivated, reliable and independent personality who enjoys new and challenging tasks.
