In the role of Payroll Specialist, you will contribute decisively to the success of our department. In direct and daily contact with our clients, you play a central coordination role and advise them competently on all questions related to salary management. Thanks to a precise, efficient, and service-oriented way of working, you guarantee the smooth running of our services. You take charge of the entire salary processing for our clients, including the entry and processing of all changes having an impact on payroll, as well as monthly closings. You are the reference contact person for questions relating to salaries and social insurance. The processing of tasks related to social insurance (AVS, family allowances, APG, etc.) is also part of your responsibilities. You are in contact with authorities and insurance companies, and establish statistics as well as various lists. Various administrative tasks related to the field of salaries complete your activity. You benefit from basic commercial training, supplemented by continuing education in the field of payroll (e.g., payroll specialist). You have at least two years of experience in salary management. You have perfect command of MS Office and are comfortable with ERP systems. You have a very good command of French, both spoken and written. Any other language is an asset. You have a real interest in salary administration and social insurance, as well as an affinity for numbers. You work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner. You are a reliable, collaborative, and proactive person, capable of maintaining a good overview even during busy periods.
