Bern (and home office) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make <br /> • Analyze and evaluate the organizational structure on the basis of strategic corporate objectives and line specifications • Lead organizational sub-projects and support organizational programs with regard to the further development of procurement ASTAB • Create, accompany, and ensure concepts, standards, and methods for the uniform execution of procurements / procurement projects and procurement strategies (automation and digitalization of processes, simplification of processes, training & communication, innovation and risk management) • Develop, define, and enforce guidelines and processes in sub-areas of sourcing (sourcing sub-governance) taking into account corporate strategy, structure, and culture • Analyze, evaluate, and conduct tenders for the award of orders, service contracts, and procurements in close cooperation with the users and on the basis of strategic corporate objectives • Further tasks for the benefit of operational and strategic procurement according to line specifications <br /> This makes you unique <br /> • University degree (Uni / FH / ETH) or equivalent training and several years of professional experience, preferably in public procurement • High degree of independence, initiative, organizational and communication skills, as well as pronounced qualities in process and functional leadership • Knowledge of the procurement procedures and processes of the Confederation (public administration) is an advantage, as well as negotiation skills, assertiveness, and very good knowledge of SAP and ActaNova • Experience in dealing with challenges of procurement in the IT sector • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a high degree of service and customer orientation • Good active knowledge of a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language as well as passive knowledge of the English language <br /> In a nutshell In this versatile role, you will actively help shape the further development of our procurement organization. You will optimize processes and standards in line with corporate objectives and thereby make an important contribution to future-oriented, efficient, and legally compliant procurement. You will plan and accompany tenders and support operational and strategic procurement in close cooperation with our specialist departments. In doing so, you will take on a central coordination function at the interface between public procurement, contract management, internal stakeholders, and external partners. With your expertise, your solution-oriented way of working, and your eye for efficient processes, you will help to develop and directly implement sustainable and economical procurement solutions.
