Operational Intern - 100%

As part of your internship within our establishment, you will be led to discover all the operational professions of the hotel by rotating through the different services (Reception, Breakfast, Housekeeping, depending on needs and your profile). Your main missions: Welcome, inform and satisfy our clients throughout their stay Participate in daily check-in / check-out operations Contribute to the setup and service of breakfast Ensure the cleanliness and good upkeep of the spaces (rooms, common areas) Apply quality standards and internal procedures (ibis brand, Accor group) Collaborate with all teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience You are currently in training in the field of hotel-restaurant management or wish to discover this sector Sense of service and welcome, smile and friendliness Good presentation and sense of organization Team spirit, flexibility and adaptability Mastery of French, English is an asset Availability to work according to a schedule including weekends and public holidays The practice of other languages is a plus.
