Senior Business Analyst

• IT - Project Management • Bern • Contracting • Full-time • 01.09.2026 - 31.12.2026 (with option to extend) • Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Stakeholder communication Your tasks: • Supporting the specialist departments in the creation of requirement specifications for solution approaches, taking technical system requirements into account • Developing the functional foundations for the creation of Epics and Features • Analysis of business processes, organizational structures, as well as IT and resource usage to identify weaknesses and optimization potential • Collection, examination, and documentation of functional requirements, needs, and expectations of the organizational units • Development of solution proposals and decision-making bases based on the collected requirements • Development of optimization proposals for structural and process organization • Translation of business requirements into understandable and implementable ICT-requirements • Preparation and support of quality assurance measures according to the defined requirements • Evaluation and validation of operational solutions with regard to project specifications • Creation of test cases as well as support and assessment of user tests • Communication with internal and external stakeholders as well as presentation of analysis results and recommendations for action   Your profile: • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable function • Sound experience in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes • Know-how in the collection, documentation, and prioritization of requirements • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications in a structured manner • Experience in an agile environment as well as in dealing with Epics, Features, and User Stories is an advantage • Knowledge in the planning, creation, and execution of tests and quality assurance measures • Analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented way of thinking • Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards different stakeholders • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working • Very good German skills in spoken and written form
