Social Worker Juvenile Prosecution (a) # 80% | Luzern | Entry as of 01.10.2026 or by arrangement ## You accompany juvenile offenders through a decisive, often difficult phase. As a social worker at the Juvenile Prosecution office, you assume professional responsibility - between individual support, measures and the law. Your tasks • You clarify the personal and family circumstances of juvenile offenders and write well-founded assessment reports with recommendations regarding protective measures and punishments. • You organize inpatient and outpatient protective measures, carry out the outpatient protective measures independently and ensure coordination with the penal system. • You accompany juveniles and their families with empathy and competence throughout the entire duration of the protective measures. • Even during pre-trial detention or deprivation of liberty, you are the contact person for the juveniles and accompany them through this process. • You work together with authorities and institutions, maintain a sustainable network and ensure close interdisciplinary cooperation with the responsible juvenile prosecutor. Your profile • You have a degree FH in Social Work as well as several years of professional and life experience; you have already completed specialized further training or are willing to undertake it. • You are interested in juveniles and their world of life and approach them with an attentive, optimistic attitude as well as high social and professional competence. • Even in demanding situations, you remain calm, act deliberately and make well-founded decisions. • Your way of working is efficient, exact and structured. You work independently and value interdisciplinary cooperation. • You are proficient in MS Office, and you are happy to familiarize yourself with specialist applications such as Tribuna.
