At this location, more than 700 employees develop and produce innovative, customer-specific packaging and handling systems for demanding high-performance applications. Job Description ## • You lead the warehouse and transport team (leading 10 employees and 5 apprentices) technically and disciplinarily and promote its development and motivation. • In addition, you are responsible for an efficient and timely material flow with proper warehouse management and inventory security. This also includes order picking as well as internal transports. • You plan and carry out inventories, clarify differences, and implement inventory corrections. • You are also responsible for occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental protection. In doing so, you lead Shopfloor Management (SFM), 5S, and KVP activities. • Furthermore, you coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of operating equipment in cooperation with maintenance and external service providers. Qualifications ## • You have completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or an equivalent training or qualification. • In addition, you bring several years of experience in warehouse operations and in leading teams. • Sound knowledge in SAP MM & WM are mandatory requirements. Experience with fully automated high-bay warehouses (AS/RS) is an advantage. • You are familiar with inventory procedures, warehouse management as well as Shopfloor Management and KVP methods. • As a flexible doer, you like to take responsibility, work proactively and solution-oriented. The independent leadership of a mixed team gives you pleasure. • Additionally, you are characterized by a confident appearance, strong communication skills, assertiveness, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action. • You speak fluent German; English skills are an advantage.
