Your everyday life with us • Check-in and Check out • Responsible for guest accounting and its booking • Issuing ski tickets • Taking restaurant reservations • Information point (next to the concierge) of any kind • Ensuring that information is forwarded and processed smoothly • Supporting the reservation colleagues if required What defines you • Training or experience in the field of hospitality/tourism • Joy and competence in dealing with our guests • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken) - any further language is an advantage • Good PC user skills, PMS «Protel» knowledge is an advantage Discover our benefits here.
