As a Safety Officer Energy Solutions, you shape safe working environments, advise proactively, and support the line with full energy. Tasks ## • You advise and support supervisors and project managers in the implementation of occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) tasks. • You conduct regular audits, controls, and inspections and ensure that agreed measures are implemented and documented. • Using risk assessments, also taking current standards into account, you keep employee risk to a minimum. • As a central contact person for proactive risk advice, you identify the need for action, develop solutions, and drive their implementation. • You coordinate and lead internal training and instructions on occupational safety, safety updates, and prevention campaigns. Profile ## • You have completed technical training with subject-specific further training (Specialist for Occupational Safety and Health Protection). • You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as sound knowledge in the field of occupational safety. • You are experienced in assessing hazards, the necessary preventive measures, and conducting audits. • Your way of working is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, and you are familiar with modern working methods and tools. • You convince various stakeholders with your communication skills. French language skills are an advantage.
