The place of work is located in Lausanne or Bern and requires regular presence at the other location. The following exciting tasks await you: Analyze training needs in sales and customer service and develop suitable learning solutions together with the specialist departments. Design and implement modern learning formats in attendance, digital, or as blended learning. Continuously further develop existing training offers, in particular the basic training, VBV certifications, and the specialist training portfolio. Coordinate cross-departmental working groups and lead training projects with internal and external partners. Conduct technical training and support trainers, coaches, and mentors. Ensure the quality, topicality, and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone). What characterizes you: German as your native language and French language skills at least at level B2. Federal specialist certificate in the insurance sector or equivalent training. Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and in-depth technical specialist knowledge, ideally at the level of a specialist certificate. Experience in the development and design of training and further education programs, particularly in the area of e-learning and blended learning. In-depth knowledge of project management and moderation of working groups and change processes. Good knowledge of sales and customer service processes and a strong customer focus. Ability to convey complex technical topics in a clear, practical, and target-group-specific manner.
