In this role, you enjoy taking on responsibility, developing and promoting the diverse tasks in the areas of disability and addiction. Your tasks <br /> • Implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the Canton of Bern • Support of institutions in service design and high-quality care • Further development of services in the area of social institutions • Management of internal and cross-departmental projects, particularly in connection with the supervision and granting of operating licenses • Consultation and processing of complex issues from institutions, those affected, relatives, as well as specialist centers, associations, and authorities <br /> Your profile <br /> • Tertiary educational degree in social pedagogy or equivalent training with several years of professional experience • Leadership experience or training • Good knowledge of social insurance and business administration • Very good German language skills, good French language skills • Ability to think <<big>> as well as customer-oriented cooperation with institutions and their specialists • Administrative experience is an advantage <br /> We offer you The Canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
