• 12 August 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • Genève On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Accountant M/F at 80% • Federal Diploma or equivalent • 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland, in industry a serious ASSET • Autonomous / mastery of general accounting • SAP or other/ very comfortable with IT tools • Sense of responsibility and respect for deadlines • Discretion and confidentiality PERMANENT POSITION, with excellent conditions In the course of your duties, you will be the guarantor of the complete management of the company's accounts and the recording of accounting transactions, as well as the preparation of financial statements in accordance with a defined schedule while respecting instructions of rigor and integrity. \-Supplier management: Entry and payment of invoices, VAT declaration. \-Fixed asset management: entry of depreciation, inventories, monitoring of leasing, GL reconciliation, monthly update of the annual investment budget with actual expenses. \-Sales control: Control of invoices, Reconciliation between the sales module and GL, sending reminders in agreement with the Commercial Dept. \-Cash entry: Entry of banking operations, updating the treasury table, Cash management, Monitoring of expense reports, management of banking access. \-Tax management: payment of tax installments and justification of accounts. \-Monitoring of salary advances, entry and monitoring of social charges, monitoring of provision accounts. \-Annual and monthly closing management: closing entries, justification of balances. \-Audit management \-Guaranteeing the reliability of the company's accounts and the preparation of accounting documents in compliance with legislation \-General responsibility for the proper functioning of the company's archives. \-Analysis of overhead costs \-Actively participate in improvement projects.
