Estimator Civil and Road Construction (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility: • Examination and assessment of projects in the acquisition phase • Processing of tenders, preparation of bills of quantities and offers • Conducting negotiations with clients, construction management and suppliers • Supporting our young site managers and accompanying projects up to post-calculation • Processing, calculation and definition of the processes of BIM projects • Writing technical reports, preparing concepts • and construction schedules Your profile: • You are a civil engineer, building technician or site manager with corresponding proven performance, ideally you have already worked as an estimator • Organizational talent and a strongly pronounced entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting characterize your independent way of working • You optimize and manage projects and workflows efficiently and are motivated to lead project-related teams • Communicative strengths as well as the ability to approach problems proactively, calmly and in a solution-oriented manner make you a competent representative of our company • You are IT-savvy and ideally experienced with Abacus, CAD or similar and Office 365
