At our location in Neuenegg we manufacture, Stoppani Contract Manufacturing AG, high-quality serial sheet metal parts and refine them, process workpieces and assemble components and entire systems on customer order. For our Operations team in Neuenegg we are looking for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating and documenting production processes – and thereby making a real contribution to efficiency and quality. Administration Operations (m/f) Your responsibility Issuance and completion reporting of production orders as well as seamless tracking in the system Master data management in the production area Administration and efficient application of Lean, 5S and KanBan systems Documentation and process management in the production area Support in complaint processing and cooperation on sustainable solutions Assistance in the improvement of existing processes and workflows Your profile Technical basic training, ideally in mechanical engineering or a related field – supplemented by experience or knowledge in administration or quality assurance Strong organizational and coordination skills: You maintain an overview even in a lively environment High communication strength and enjoyment of working in a team Experience with ERP systems or production documentation is an advantage Very good German skills mandatory, English an advantage Flexibility and willingness to help shape a versatile environment Our offer An exciting, versatile task in which you can develop and will find a valued place in a cheerful team Chances for personal and professional development Insight into high-tech projects for industry – from MedTech to semiconductors Do you want to make a difference and actively contribute to the success of our team?
