Based in Martigny, we develop innovative communication projects intended for health professionals and the general public. In order to accompany our growth, we are looking for a motivated, organized Project Manager & Secretary wishing to evolve in a dynamic environment. Your missions ### Project Management: • Full management of projects in French and German • Coordination with external partners • Contact with medical experts and patients • Organization and participation in video shoots Digital Communication: • Publication of articles on our websites • Management of digital campaigns • Management of newsletters • Management of websites Secretariat: • Management of the company's telephony • Management of subscriptions to our magazines • Processing of magazine returns • Management of mail, supplies and postal shipments • Administrative support for different projects Profile ### • Excellent mastery of French and German, both oral and written (imperative) • Resident in Valais or ready to settle there • Organized, conscientious and rigorous • Autonomous and endowed with an excellent sense of priorities • Motivated, curious and driven by a real desire to learn • Team spirit and sense of service • A good knowledge of digital tools and social networks is an asset We offer you a varied position with great autonomy, flexible hours as well as teleworking days.
