Your tasks Your area of responsibility extends from the conception, through implementation to the maintenance of our customers' cloud and hybrid infrastructure, paired with IT project management at our customers. You will work in the IT-Systemtechnik team in a varied everyday routine with personal responsibility and a lot of customer contact - both by telephone, in writing, and directly on-site at the customer. There are interfaces to the Consulting & Sales team, where the primary contact persons for our customers are located. In addition to your function as a Senior IT-Systemtechniker:in, you will take over the project management for our customer projects from analysis and conception through to project planning and execution, up to a clean completion. The most important activities: • Conception, implementation and maintenance of cloud and hybrid infrastructures as well as technical optimization for existing customers • Requirements gathering and requirements documentation in direct customer contact • Management and implementation of customer projects and management of the project team (functional leadership) • Reportings on project status • Creation and sustainable maintenance of documentation What you bring with you We offer IT services to make our customers' daily work easier and are looking for employees who think in a future-oriented way and live our hands-on mentality. You have training in the field of platform development (formerly system technology) EFZ and have several years of professional experience in the field of system engineering. We are fans of Microsoft products such as Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft 365 and OneDrive for Business - you are well-versed in these and enjoy working with this product range. Longer working hours during infrastructure migrations are okay for you, as it is part of the profession. You get along well with people, are committed, responsible and ready to join our mission to offer our services and provisions in the highest quality. You master German in spoken and written form, understand Swiss German and are comfortable with technical English.
