Ittigen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead the sectoral plan procedure for electricity transmission lines as well as plan approval procedures and expropriation procedures for electrical installations, mainly in German and, if possible, in French • Conduct negotiations on oppositions • Draft positions, measures and decisions • Prepare legislation • Handle parliamentary questions and interventions <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in law, preferably with a bar attorney certificate • Professional experience within a court, a law firm or in the administration, in-depth knowledge of administrative law • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work in a targeted manner by focusing on results, writing skills and negotiation skills, persuasiveness • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and if possible passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words You manage authorization procedures for Switzerland's energy infrastructure, at the intersection of law, environment and spatial planning.
