Within the Digital IT organization, the Project Management Officer (PMO) Lead is responsible for the structuring, animation, and continuous improvement of the governance of projects, programs, and portfolios. As a true partner to Management, he/she ensures the consistency of steering practices, the quality of management data, the consolidation of portfolio visibility, as well as the development of team maturity.

Governance & Methodological Framework
• Define, deploy, and evolve the governance framework for projects, programs, and portfolios.

Reporting & Documentation
• Ensure regular reporting to management.
• Define and maintain reliable and relevant performance indicators.
• Produce and maintain documentation related to governance and steering activities.
• Prepare and document governance bodies: agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, and action plans.

Qualifications
• You have more than 10 years of proven experience in project, program, and portfolio management, including several years in a Senior PMO, portfolio governance, or Enterprise PMO function at an organizational scale.
• You possess solid expertise in project, program, and portfolio management methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2 or equivalent), as well as excellent mastery of the associated governance mechanisms.
• You master the challenges of prioritization, arbitration, dependency management, capacity planning, as well as the financial and budgetary steering of a portfolio of initiatives.
