Further information at implenia.com For our IT department, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager IT. In this role, you will take on a central function in the implementation and control of digitalization projects within the Group IT of Implenia. Your focus lies in the management and coordination of projects in close cooperation with specialist departments and IT teams. In doing so, you ensure that all participants work together effectively and that projects are successfully implemented within the agreed time, cost, and quality framework. In addition to operational project work, you also actively support the further development of our IT governance - particularly in demand management, project portfolio management, and resource planning. In this way, you contribute to creating transparency, sharpening priorities, and sustainably improving our business processes in the construction and real estate environment. The place of work is at our new location in the Ambassador House in Zurich-Opfikon as well as in the home office. What you move: ### • In this role, you are responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of digitalization projects in the construction and real estate industry from the initial idea to a successful go-live. • You keep complex undertakings in view holistically and ensure that all participants from specialist departments, IT, and external partners work together efficiently. • In doing so, you create transparency regarding progress, risks, and dependencies and proactively and appropriately manage expectations. • Responsibility for deadlines, budget, and quality is in your hands; you recognize risks early and approach conflicting objectives in a solution-oriented manner. • You translate functional requirements into implementable solutions and accompany change and introduction processes with tact. • Depending on the project, you use appropriate methods, whether classic, agile, or hybrid, and lead projects to success with clarity. • Additionally, you actively contribute to the further development of demand management and project portfolio management and support prioritization as well as resource planning. Why you succeed: ### • You have a completed degree (computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar) and relevant professional experience in a project environment (as a project manager or PMO). • You have already taken on responsibility in projects or sub-projects and bring sound experience from digitalization projects as well as a good understanding of common project management methods. • Ideally, you bring initial experience in demand management, project portfolio management, or resource planning; knowledge of SAP and/or ServiceNow is an advantage. • Even in complex situations, you maintain an overview, create structure, and ensure clarity for all participants. • You enjoy the coordination of cross-cutting topics and the merging of different interests. • You work independently, in a solution-oriented manner, and take responsibility for your topics, while moving communicatively confidently between specialist departments and IT. • You communicate confidently in German and English; French language skills are an advantage.
