Accounting Manager - Orbe Region

Accounting Manager (M/F) - Orbe Region Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise Swiss accounting and support a small accounting team. Your missions: - Supervise general and auxiliary accounting. - Lead a team of two employees. - Manage closings, financial statements, and audits. - Produce group reporting and participate in consolidation. - Manage treasury, tax obligations, and banking relations. - Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and tools. Your profile: - Higher education in accounting/finance (Federal Diploma or equivalent, an asset). - Proven experience in accounting with initial management experience. - Mastery of consolidation and good knowledge of multi-entity environments. - Good knowledge of IFRS standards, Excel, and an ERP. - Autonomous, rigorous personality oriented towards continuous improvement.
