The position is designed to strengthen the well-coordinated team and secure the workshop management in the long term. Your area of responsibility • Leadership: Technical and personnel management of the small team in the turning department. • Production & Programming: Manufacturing highly precise individual parts and independent creation of programs using CAM systems (preferably MasterCAM). • Conventional machining: Operating conventional machines if required. • Quality assurance: Ensuring the extremely high degree of accuracy through the use of modern measuring and testing equipment. Development perspective: Optional, gradual takeover of the entire workshop management upon mutual success. Qualifications Your profile • Education: Successfully completed further training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician HF, Industrial Master, or a comparable qualification is an advantage. • Basis: Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ (specialization CNC turning). • Experience: Around 10 years of sound professional experience in CNC machining, ideally supplemented by initial leadership experience. • Knowledge: Confident handling of CAM systems (preferably MasterCAM) as well as the ability to operate conventional machines. • Personality: Strong communication skills, flexible and team-oriented personality with high quality orientation, who feels comfortable in a small company.
