November 2026 or by arrangement Work location: Le Landeron The Massnahmenzentrum St. Johannsen is a therapeutic center for adult male offenders with mental disorders and/or an addiction. Your tasks You and your female colleague lead the Mailing department and provide absence cover in the Hannselade at the Massnahmenzentrum St. Johannsen. As a reference person for max. 4 admitted men, you accompany them and shape their working day. You provide support in helping the men recognize their strengths and promote them according to the applicable agogic principles. You are an important part of the execution team and participate actively in all arising execution topics. You complete administrative tasks in connection with execution and production. Your profile You are a down-to-earth and self-confident personality and love working with people. You see challenges as opportunities and master extraordinary situations with a cool head while remaining calm. You have a basic vocational training in a craft, have training as an Arbeitsagoge / Arbeitsagogin or in similar qualifications, or have the willingness to complete these. Flexibility, resilience, and teamwork are required. Dynamic working within clear structures as well as a good balance between closeness and distance suit you.
