As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will care for patients with multimorbidity and complex internal medical conditions in General Internal Medicine in Bern. With a workload of 80 to 100%, you will take responsibility for the entire nursing process, recognize clinical changes early, and set clear priorities even when multiple diseases coexist simultaneously. The permanent position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement and combines demanding acute care with interdisciplinary cooperation in a university environment. What awaits you in this responsible task: • Holistic, professional, and needs-oriented care of patients with complex internal medical conditions • Responsibility for the entire nursing process including planning, implementation, and evaluation • Close interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation with various medical specialties • Participation in continuous improvement processes according to Lean and KAIZEN principles • Guidance and support of students and trainees • Activity in shift operation including night and weekend services What you bring with you: • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl.
