Your tasks at your new employer You support the directors of preschool structures on all HR matters and advise the employees in your sector You manage the employee life cycle, from their recruitment to their departure, as well as all personnel administration (contracts, work certificates, correspondence, etc.) You support the directors of structures in the use of the time management software and ensure the proper functioning of HR administrative processes You lead or participate in HR projects related to personnel administration, process optimization, training, and skills development You contribute to the deployment of prevention policies, quality of life at work, and collaborate closely with the Human Resources Management on cross-functional projects You ensure the monitoring and analysis of HR indicators in your sector in order to support decision-making, while promoting a collaborative and caring team culture You offer your new employer You hold a Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or an equivalent training You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function with HR advisory and possess solid expertise in human resources administration You are proficient in labor law, HR processes, and payroll management.
